Shipping policy

We aim to deliver your products quickly and safely from our base in Madina. Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.

Domestic delivery (within Saudi Arabia) takes 2–5 business days.

International shipping typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

 Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes applied in their country.
